Why did you join MTC?
_____I was a tutor counselor in a program called Upward Bound.  The program is designed to assist first generation, low income students.  It was there that I first realized that I wanted to be a teacher and teach in critical needs schools.  That is why I am in the Mississippi Teacher Corps.
